What you see on this tab

The contact's name, email, phone, address, pipeline stage, source and tags, with quick links to the full contact record and to start an email, call or text.

Open the full contact record

1. Click the contact's name at the top of the tab. The full contact page opens in a new tab.
2. Return to the case when you are done.

Contact the client from here

1. Click the email icon to open the email composer with the contact pre-filled as the recipient.
2. Click the phone icon to copy the contact's number to the clipboard.
3. Click the SMS icon to start a text message.
