What you see on this tab

A grid of file cards. Each card shows a thumbnail (or file-type icon), the file name, size, uploader and upload date. Click a card to preview or download the file.

Upload a file

1. Click + Upload in the top-right.
2. Drag and drop files into the upload zone, or click Browse to pick from your computer.
3. Wait for the upload progress bar to finish. Files appear in the grid as soon as each upload completes.

Share files automatically with the client

1. Open the case.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. Toggle Share files automatically on. Any new file uploaded to the case becomes visible in the client's portal.

Field reference

Name

Display name. Renamed on upload if it collides with an existing file.

Size

File size in kilobytes. Voyj caps uploads at 100 MB per file.

Uploaded by

The coach or client who uploaded the file.
