How assignments work

Each Voyj event (a new case, a scheduled session, an invoice paid) can fire a template. The Assignments tab shows the current mapping so you can see exactly which template goes out for which trigger.

Change an assignment

  1. Find the trigger you want to change (for example, Case created — Coach email).
  2. Pick a different template from the dropdown.
  3. Save. The new template is used the next time the trigger fires.
